The Royal Rose Foundation delivers life-saving education, youth empowerment, and direct community support through programs rooted in lived experience, prevention, and care. While our work centers communities most impacted by systemic harm, all of our programs are open to the public and available to anyone in need or seeking to get involved.

We provide community-centered overdose prevention education focused on fentanyl awareness, harm-reduction strategies, and life-saving response. Our workshops are rooted in real-world experience and designed to meet people where they are — without judgment.

Our Youth Prevention & Awareness Workshop addresses the fentanyl crisis and its impact on young people across all communities. While the crisis has disproportionately affected Black, Brown, and Latino/x youth, this workshop is open to all youth ages 13 and older and meets young people with real, life-saving education and harm-reduction tools.

Workshops are interactive, include breakout discussions, guest speakers with lived and professional experience, and create a safe, welcoming space for learning and connection. Meals and youth incentives are often provided to support engagement and care.

Our Walk-in Narcan Hours provide community members with easy access to Narcan, an essential tool in preventing overdose. During these hours, individuals can drop by to receive Narcan kits, learn how to use them, and gain valuable information on overdose prevention—all in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment.
