We provide harm prevention education, overdose response training, and community-based support for youth and families across Multnomah County and surrounding areas. Through school partnerships, outreach, and our Rosebuds Youth Ambassador Program, we equip young people with life-saving knowledge, leadership skills, and pathways toward long-term stability.

Oregon is among the states most impacted by youth overdose deaths, reflecting a growing crisis affecting young people and families across our communities. These outcomes are closely tied to systemic inequities, limited access to resources, and gaps in prevention and education, making youth-focused, community-based support more critical than ever.

MJ Jackson, Founder and Executive Director of The Royal Rose Foundation, had the honor of speaking with youth at the U.S. Attorney's Office about the vital work our organization does in the community. MJ shared insights into our mission to empower BIPOC communities, tackle the fentanyl crisis, and provide education, advocacy, and support to those most impacted.
